Pretty straight forward... but I hear something more. Maybe you agree!

Happy Mental Health Monday!
Today I wanted to talk about staying present and like all habits it takes work... consistent work! So I like to use this quote to stay grounded and in the moment rather than let my mind wander and stress.
“Keep your thoughts where you’re feet are” - I cannot remember
I heard this first short quote somewhere on Instagram but I couldn't find the author of that one so I found one that is a little bit deeper.
“Making the most of each moment and ridding ourselves of the toxic habit of constantly looking forward to the next thing. Be where your feet are.”― Scott M. O'Neil

Hey everyone!
What a wild Monday it has been! The Total Solar Eclipse, Guardians Home Opener and of course it's a Mental Health Monday.
This week I wanted to align... lol with the energy of the eclipse and chose this quote
“If you want to have a meaningful impact, your actions should be aligned with your words” - Brian Hamburger

Hey Everyone!
Today I wanted this week to tie in last week because I found this quote from the book I mentioned. You can find that on my page as well!
“Wanting to be someone else is a waste of who you are” -Kurt Cobain

Hey guys!
This week for Mental Health Monday I chose a quote that really resonated with me from a book I'm reading. The book is 'You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living An Awesome Life' by Jen Sincero. I think this book is great personally and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to level up in some way.

Hey guys!
Last week I got to chat with Royel Otis about their upcoming show at the Grog Shop on April 28th w/ Girl and Girl.
If you've heard The Danger Zone you've heard their song 'Sofa King' and their cover of Sophie Ellis-Baxter's 2001 song 'Murder on the Dance Floor'.
In this interview you'll find out what inspired them to cover that song and so much more!
Thank you for listening <3
